The B&W striped drum side tables, although called simply “black and white coffee tables” for convenience, feature versatility in shape, size and design. Each piece can be both used solo or grouped with other tables in multiple combinations. Modern High-Gloss Coffee Tables Made in Italy — Inspired by Soviet Art
Just like most of the designer’s objects, the B&W high-gloss coffee tables are made in Italy. They are handcrafted by Italian artisans at the Maggiore Lake using eco-friendly technology. B&W made their first public appearance in New York City, during the festivities commemorating the 100th anniversary of Black Square by Kazimir Malevich, one of the first and the greatest works of Suprematism. The B&W black and white round cocktail tables demonstrate how the Soviet-born art movement has influenced the aesthetics of today’s world of things, and the world of interior design in particular.
