EKATERINA ELIZAROVA

Ekaterina Elizarova and Preciosa come to Salone del Mobile.Milano Moscow to present the first product of their collaboration: the Geometric pendants. Ekaterina is now the first Russian designer to collaborate with the famous Czech glass manufacturer. 

The name of Geometric has been suggested by the clear design and linear shape of the pendants. They are made up by two simple geometrical figures: a glass cylinder and a quadrangular brass base. This feature makes the pendants akin to suprematist art and constructivist architecture in an unusual manner. Each lamp is handcrafted by glass artisans of Preciosa Lighting in compliance with the centuries-old Bohemian tradition of glass production.
